IMPORTANT NOTICE: COVID 19

In response to the exceptional situation of the COVID-19 crisis, Moorea Ocean Adventures has changed its cancellation policy to guarantee the future of our activity while meeting the needs of our customers. This cancellation policy will be valid as long as there will be important restrictions on international travel due to the COVID crisis.

NEW CANCELLATION POLICY : For any cancellation, the customer will be offered a credit corresponding to the amount already paid valid for a period of 18 months from the date of cancellation. If the credit is not used by the customer after this period, the refund of the deposit may then take place.

Please note that for any last minut cancellation (tour cancelled by the guest less than 5 days before the tour), the deposit won’t be refunded and no credit will be offered.

We look forward to welcoming you onboard for a wonderful tour to encounter the amazing marine wildlife here in Moorea. Please read through the Terms and Conditions below before booking your tour with Moorea Ocean Adventures.

Tour Reservations

Reservations for your private boat tour will be confirmed by email upon receipt of your Paypal reservations deposit. To reserve a tour please fill out the reservation request form on our contact page. We will respond with our availability and send you a secured payment link (OSB) for 50% of the tour fee showing the tour specifics. Once we have received your deposit we will send you a confirmation email with trip preparation information. We look forward to having you join us!

The remaining 50% balance of the tour fee is collected by our staff at the end of the tour. Please note, we only accept French Polynesian Francs or USD cash onboard. You can pay by cash or by credit card (except the American Express).

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Moorea Ocean Adventures Cancels a Tour

Moorea Ocean Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour depending on the weather conditions and if a guest is found to be in a condition unsuitable for a safe boat tour.

If we cancel due to weather we will do everything we can to try and find a suitable alternate day and time for your tour. If we are not able to reschedule your tour we will refund your entire reservations deposit directly on your credit card via OSB.

If we cancel due to a guest being unable to participate safely in a tour the deposit will not be returned.

If a Guest Cancels a Tour

If the guest cancels with at least 30 days notice before the actual tour date Moorea Ocean Adventures will refund 100% of the deposit, via OSB.

If the guest cancels with less than 30 days notice before the actual tour date Moorea Ocean Adventures cannot refund the deposit.

Special Conditions

Please be at the rendezvous point at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Moorea Ocean Adventures reserves the right to refuse to embark a client whose behavior is likely to disturb the tour and risk the safety on people onboard.

Moorea Ocean Adventures does not accept liability for theft or damage to any personal effects of the passengers. Moorea Ocean Adventures reserves the right to charge any client found responsible for damage the guest may cause to the boat and equipment.
