BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

RESERVATIONS

To book a tour, please fill out the reservation form located on the Contacts page. We will respond with the necessary details and availability for the requested date.

After your confirmation, your reservation will be finalized by an email from Moorea Ocean Adventures and another from OSB containing a prepayment link for 50% of the total amount. Once the deposit has been paid, your private tour will be officially reserved.

The remaining 50% will be collected by our team at the end of the tour. On board, we accept credit cards (except American Express) and cash (only euros, dollars, or Pacific francs).

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Moorea Ocean Adventures Cancels a Tour

Moorea Ocean Adventures reserves the right to cancel a tour due to severe weather conditions (storms, torrential rain, rough seas) or if a client is unable to safely participate in our tour (excessive alcohol consumption, for example).

If cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions, we will do our best to offer you a new date for your private tour. If a rescheduling is not possible, we will refund your full prepayment directly to your credit card via OSB.

If cancellation is due to a client’s condition that prevents the tour from taking place, the prepayment will not be refunded.

Customers cancel a tour

If customers cancel their tour at least 30 days before the scheduled tour date, Moorea Ocean Adventures will refund 100% of the prepayment through OSB.

If customers cancel their tour less than 30 days before their scheduled tour date, Moorea Ocean Adventures will not refund the prepayment.

Special Conditions

Please arrive 10 minutes early of the scheduled departure time.

Moorea Ocean Adventures reserves the right to refuse boarding to any customer whose behavior is likely to disrupt the tour and poses a risk to the safety of those on board.

Moorea Ocean Adventures does not cover any damage, degradation, or theft that may occur to passengers’ personal belongings. Please do not bring any fragile or high-value items or store them in the designated lockers on the boat. Moorea Ocean Adventures reserves the right to request financial compensation from the client in the event of damage caused by the client to the boat or the equipment on board.
